Though I do not really know you, I have been on the other side of operations at paintball tournaments and I find that you and your staff REALLY go out of the way to accomodate the individual needs of both players and teams. Your staff manages to do this and at the same time put on a well run tournament (this last tournament was the first time that I witnessed a paintball tournament run on time)! It is also a credit to your staff that the field layouts, air stations and paint purchasing are well layed out in order to let leams like us, who make the 2 hour drive to the field on the day of the tournament, to not only get our requirements met, but also allow us to have spare time to walk the fields (all before the official 8:00am start time). You even allowed teams who were not able to make the required 7:30 check in time due to traffic closures on the 2 main roads that lead to the field. If more promoters conducted business like you and your staff, paintball
tournaments would be much more enjoyable for all (players, spectators and staff included)."

After going to your 1st GPL event here in 06, I am astonished at how
you are able to get things done. The way the event is run is AMAZING, even
with the WORST of weather. From reffing to consessions, everything was run
with the utmost professionalisum. When our team had a problem, you jumped right in and helped out.
We didn't do the greatest there, but we did have a good time.
As far as the field layouts go for both events, they were great and
right on beat. They were mirrored correctly, and perfectly spaced. The
bunkers were always maintained and kept at the proper inflation. The reffign
was great. They stayed on top of players and kept things under control.
Over all, both events were run great, with small set backs but they
were corrected before they were even known! Thanks Cyndi, Brian and all of
GPL staff, GREAT JOB. Thanks"

Cyndi, Brian & Eric:
As the 2006 paintball season draws to a close (only one more GPL event to go!) I just had to take the time to thank you for one of the most enjoyable series that my teams ("Section 8" & "Crazy 8") have participated in. The events were professionally organized and well run. Any issues that arose during the events were dealt with on the spot and in accordance with the published rules.
Not only did we have a great time playing the events, but we got to meet a great bunch of "ballers". The competition was tough, but we found that we can only get better by pushing ourselves. Aside from meeting new teams, your league also allowed us the opportunity to meet some of the "players" in the paintball industry - of which, a couple became our sponsors (i.e., REDZ International Inc. - Medford, NJ and SAK World Paintball - Salem, MA).
Your league is a great stepping stone to those teams that have aspirations of participating on the national level. And for us, it also provided an alternative to the "local" New England tournament scene - well worth the 6 hour drive (and that is exactly what I tell to anyone and everyone that ask me about the GPL).
Please extend our appreciation to your staff and to the staff of Del Hobbies Paintball (Pedricktown, NJ).
Looking forward to the last event and the 2007 Paintball season (we'll be back!).
