JANUARY - TEAM PB+J
The Team
PB&J Paintball has been together since December, 2005. At first, they competed as a 3-man in local store-sponsored events. In July of 2006 they went to Boston and took 4th in the Young Gunz division at NPPL Boston. Then at GPL Event 5 of 2006, they took 4th in the Young Gunz division. PB&J got better by hard practices, playing more tournaments and gaining more skill.
For the 2007 season, they secured a sponsorship with Planet Eclipse. At NPPL Boston 2007, PB&J decided to do their first 7 man D3 tournament. Even though they only took 45th out of 55, they were happy because they knew what to expect for next season. Dropping 3 players and sealing a deal with 5 stronger players, PB&J finished off 2007 and is ready for 2008. They ended off the 2007 season with a bang, placing 1st in GPL Young Gunz event 4, placing 6th in the 3 man Young Gunz event 6 and placing 4th the next day in the 5 man D2/3 event 6. 2008 brings them another Planet EclipseIPSE sponsorship, so they'll be geared up with those sweet Egos for another stellar season. PB&J is managed by "Big D", and their favorite practice field is at My Uncle's Paintball Shop in Sparrowbush, NY. The team is proud of their snake player Tim Davison, who has left for a 2nd tour in Iraq with the Marine Reserves. We all wish him a safe return.
