Do we have to register online or could we just show up to the event?
All teams are required to register in advance online before the deadline. A team not registered for the event in advance can not participate. This is because there is so much planning to be done in advanced based on the amount of teams that are participating. In order to provide the best ran event, we need to have the amount of teams known in advanced and have your payment which secures your spot.

How do I register my team for an event?
On the left hand side of this website in the QuickLinks section you will find 'GPL Registration'. Follow the link and the directions to fill out the online registration form. For the Quantity, enter in the amount of teams you are enetering, not the amount of players. You must know your players names and player ID Number in order to register for the event. You can only register for the upcoming event. You can not register for a future event if there is another GPL event that will occur before the event you want to register for.

Why did I have to pay a late fee?
When it comes to planning an event, there is alot involved. Booking staff, planning the amount of paint to be delivered, the amount of fields that will be used and so much more. Our main office is located about 6 away from the event location. When a team registers late, it requires us to make changes and last min planning. The extre fee goes into the extra planning. To avoid the late fee, simply register your team by the deadline which is the Sunday prior to each event.

How many players can my team have on its roster?
Each division has a set number of allowed players. Each 3-Man team is only allowed 5 player, 5-Man teams are allowed only 9 players and each 7-Man team is allowed 12 players. The new Xball division is allowed 15 per team.

What is the maximum number of teams?
There is no maximum number of teams that can participate. We do have a minimum amount of teams we need in order to run any of the divisions. Please make sure you check the website and the forums to get the min amount of teams needed.

Can I be a rostered player on two different teams?
Yes and no. There are some divisions that you are allowed to be on and some you are not. If you are playing only 3man, you can be rostered on a 5man roster since they occur on two sepeate days (and vice versa). If you are playing on a 7man team, you are not allowed to be listed on any 3man roster. You may appear on a 5man roster only if your team does not advance to the Sunday rounds of 7man games. As far as the New Xball Division, you can play on a 3man or 5man team as long as it is not in the same day. For example, if your Xball Schedule states you are playing on Saturday, then you can play the 5man on Sunday and vice versa for Sunday.

What do I do after I register online?
Make sure you have all the required items ready for the event. If you have a participant that is 18 or younger and will not have a Parent, Guardian or approved supervisor at the event, make sure they fill out the supplied form provided after you register. Make sure all ID's for your players have been purchased as well. Please make sure you have the up-to-date rules to make sure you are prepared. To get the rules simply go HERE. If you are staying in a hotel, make sure that is all booked and make sure your gear is ready. Other than that, practice and get ready to compete.

What do I do when I get to the event?
Once you locate where to pull in at, it is very important that you follow the directions on parking. If you try to make your own set up and/or spot, you will make it difficult for others and may even make it difficult for you to get out yourself. After you park, please make sure you get all your players and head to the registration table first. This way you can make sure you are checked in and have signed all the waivers. This is the way we know you are there. If you do not check in before 7:20am, then you may be missed and scratched as not present and even removed from the scedule. It would not be good for you to travel all the way and then not be able to play because you were getting your gear ready or getting paint or air or walking fields instead of letting the registration table know your team have arrived.
